Course for Forced-Return Monitors (Stage I). Trainer’s manual

The training course was developed in the framework of the Forced-Return Monitoring II (FReM II) project. The comprehensive trainer’s manual is the main tool for the implementation of a course that is part of a training pathway for forced-return monitors belonging to the Frontex pool of forced-return monitors. The comprehensive training pathway is described in the training concept for the Frontex pool (developed with my support and validated and discussed in a consultative workshop with stakeholders from partner countries in Luxembourg in 2017)
