Project Report: Division of labour – Implications for the new aid architecture
This study, establishing Sweden’s exit from Malawi and how this exit was dealt with at a time when aid effectiveness was high on the agenda, is the second in a series of five case studies. It aims to guide donors and partner countries to implement international division of labour according to the premises of national ownership and mutual accountability.
